Owner Request for Automatic Disconnect of Hydro

This form is an authorization by the property owner to disconnect the hydro service all year round on the final read date when a tenant calls in to have their services terminated.

I agree GrandBridge Energy (formerly Energy+) is not legally responsible for any damage to the property as a result of this disconnection between tenants (for example: burst pipes, water damage). I further understand that should the services remain disconnected for six months of more, than an inspection by the Electrical Safety Authority is required before reconnection can occur.
